Welcome to Vortexa Play, operated by Vortexa Studios from Delhi, India. By downloading, accessing, or using our app and website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Vortexa Play. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.
2. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@vortexastudios.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Coins, Rewards & Virtual Items
- Coins earned in the app are virtual rewards with no real-world cash value unless explicitly stated for a specific redemption.
- We may modify coin values, reward availability, or redemption rules at any time.
- Abuse, cheating, or exploiting bugs may result in forfeiture of coins and account suspension.
- Physical rewards and coupons are subject to availability and our Refund and Shipping policies.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use bots, scripts, or unauthorized tools to manipulate gameplay or rewards.
- Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions or daily rewards.
- Harass other users or submit false support requests.
- Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute our app or content without permission.
- Violate any applicable Indian laws or regulations.
5. Intellectual Property
All games, graphics, logos, and content in Vortexa Play are owned by Vortexa Studios or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
6. Service Availability
We strive to keep Vortexa Play available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features without prior notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vortexa Studios shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding 12 months, if any.
8. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may request account deletion by following the process on our Delete Account page or by emailing support@vortexastudios.com.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
