Yes! The app is free to download and play. You earn coins through gameplay without needing to pay. Some optional in-app purchases or premium rewards may be offered in the future and will always be clearly labeled.

Clear game levels, maintain your daily streak, complete weekly challenges, and hit milestone goals. Coins are credited automatically to your account after each eligible activity.

Open the Shop section in the app, browse available rewards, and redeem using your coin balance. Digital coupons are delivered electronically. Physical items are shipped within India — see our Shipping Policy for details.

Coins generally do not expire while your account is active. If we introduce any expiry rules in the future, we will notify users in the app and update our policies accordingly.

Check your in-app Orders section first. If the reward is missing or incorrect, email support@vortexastudios.com with your registered email, order ID, and a description of the issue. We typically respond within 3–5 business days.
